The location is great, the people are very kind and helpful. Also, the establishment is located very close to a train station which takes you directly to Firenze in 17 minutes. This makes it a great place to stay if you plan to visit Firenze.

The two-bedroom family apartment we rented was spacious, clean and tidy but it could certainly use some refurbishment. The only really negative I must admit is that we felt being ripped-off two times. Before booking with Booked.net we called the place and they gave us a price of €150/night. On Booked.net the apartment was €100/night. We obviously booked through Booked.net for three nights. We then decided to stay an extra night and we informed the management twice. When we finally checked out we were forced to pay €130 for the extra night. Also, we had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant. The first time was excellent. The second time we truly felt ripped off for what we had.

The location is perfect for enjoying Toscana. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, close to the pool. Perfect place for the holidays.

WIFI was very poor.

Het terrein van de acco is erg groot. Je kunt zelfs 4 verschillende wandelingen maken op het terrein zelf. Wij vonden het fantastisch: heerlijk eten en lekker zwembad.

We hadden ook mountainbikes gehuurd, maar die waren erg slecht. Daar konden we echt geen tour mee maken. We hebben overigens niet hoeven betalen, na overleg met de eigenaar. Dus dat was wel positief!

It was quiet - beautiful countryside. The pool was nice - we had it to ourselves for two days.

There were lots of mosquitos. It was hot and there was no air conditioning and no fans. We were there for 4 days and they did not change the towels and we had to ask for more tp.
